All orders are binding and excluded from exchange or return.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. In such cases, we will review the matter and work with you to find a solution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Since all of our products are custom-made and personalized, there is no right of withdrawal or return – including within the European Union.
This also applies to sale items, gift cards, and specially manufactured products.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us at officialauraclothing1@gmail.com, and we will review the case.
Refunds
Refunds are only possible in exceptional cases (e.g., defective or wrong items) after review and approval.
If approved, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
